It started as a child, when my mother took me to my first open house and I was hooked. Since then, I've experienced the buying and selling process firsthand, both exhilarating and overwhelming, and I've worked with agents across the full spectrum: the wonderful, and well, the others. What I promise to be is different.

With over 15 years in marketing and advertising, including a decade building highly successful promotional, and online advertising campaigns for businesses across Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties, I know how to connect, communicate, and negotiate a win win. Now I'm leveraging that experience alongside The Bailey Properties Team's 50 years of expertise, helping both first-time buyers and sellers understand their options and take the mystery out of the process.

A Little About Me

I have lived in this beautiful Santa Cruz County for over 34 years, having gone to school and raised my kids here with my husband. What a wonderful place to live. I’ve lived in Felton, Santa Cruz, Soquel and now in Scotts Valley. I have a genuine love for homes that goes beyond real estate. I've done my own remodeling projects and loved every minute; there's nothing like seeing a space's potential and unlocking its wow factor. When I'm not working, you'll find me on the Pickleball court (fair warning: I'm a bit of a fanatic) or singing Karaoke,   and I love dancing to our great local bands.
